NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure filed October 28, 2011 and entered in Case No. 36-2011-CA-050863 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and KAREN SLONSKI; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KAREN SLONSKI N/K/A DONALD VANDERMILLEN; TENANT #1 N/K/A MIKE MISSERTI, and TENANT #2 N/K/A MOLLY JACOBS are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 1 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
