NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 28, 2011, and entered in 11-ca-50982 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida , wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-SC1, is a Plaintiff and WILFREDO CANDELARIA; DODGE ENTERPRISES; INC. AS ASSIGNEE OF CHASE MANHATTAN BANK; USA; N.A.; LEE COUNTY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILFREDO CANDELARIA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A CLARISSA CANDELARIA; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on December 28, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
WEST ONE-HALF OF LOT 24, BLOCK 33, UNIT 9, SECTION 15, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, AS RECORDed in DEED book 254, page 75, public records of lee county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
