NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed October 18, 2011 and a Final Summary Judgment dated May 14, 2010, entered in Civil Case No.: 08-CA-013714, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, is Plaintiff, and DEBORA S. BRUMMETT, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., JOHN DOE N/K/A LAURIE L. IRWIN AND JANE DOE N/K/A AS STACEY GETTYS, are Defendants.
Charlie Green, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m. in an online sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 18th day of November, 2011 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 5 AND 6, BLOCK 2349, UNIT 36, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 112 THROUGH 130, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
