NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 28, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-ca-60256 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein WTH-OAKMONT MORTGAGE POOL 217, LP is the Plaintiff and STEVE E. ROLAND AND JULIE A. ROLAND, AS HUSBAND AND WIFE; LEE COUNTY A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, CHARLIE GREEN, LEE COUNTY CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT; UNKNOWN OCCUPANT “A” RESIDING AT 2169 BARRY DRIVE, FORT MYERS, FL 33907; UNKNOWN OCCUPANT “B” RESIDING AT 2169 BARRY DRIVEM FORT MYERS, FL 33907; are the Defendants, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash online beginning 9:00 AM EST at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 AM EST on the 1 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
