NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 28 day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-51420 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein First Bank is the Plaintiff and MCR Builders, Inc., Florida Gulf Coast Construction, Inc., Florida Rock Industries, Inc., Preferred Materials, Inc., Ron Partridge, Anita Partridge, Michael F. Bolebruch, and Ronald Newborn are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the 30 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 11 and 12, Block 1040, Unit 24, CAPE CORAL, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page(s) 63-77, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
