NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary final Judgment of Foreclosure Including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs filed Friday, October 28, 2011, entered in Case No. 11-CA-051843 of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT AND FOR LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, wherein BLB TRADING, LLC is the Plaintiff and JOHN RUBEN; WANDA RUBEN; LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; BEACH WALK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE and JANE DOE are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes on December 1, 2011, the following described property, as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs, to-wit:
all that parcel of land in county of lee, state of florieda as more fully described in book 4564, page 4454 and being more particularly described as follows:
