Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 6th day of September, 2011, in Civil Action No. 10-CA-060314, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which SAN REMO AT PALMIRA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff and XIOMARA S. ACOSTA, et. al., are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 30 day of November, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Lot 266, of SAN REMO AT PALMIRA, a Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 74, Page 58 through 68, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
