Final Judgment was awarded on June 30, 2010 in Civil Case No.08-CA-2876, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC TRUST 2006-HE4 is the Plaintiff, and, ROSA TURINCIO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROSA TURINCIO IF ANY; ALESSANDRO TURINCIO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on November 23, 2011 the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 17 AND 18, BLOCK 1970, UNIT 29, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 15 THROUGH 25, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
