Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 2, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 11-CC-1818 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Fort Myers, Florida, I will sell to the property at public sale, on December 2, 2011 at 9:00 AM (time), to the highest bidder or bidders for cash, except as set forth hereinafer, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 5-308, THE SANCTUARY AT IMPERIAL RIVER, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 4267, Page 2095 through 2165, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with an undivided share in the common elements.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
