NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed October 31, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-063580, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, TRUSTEE FOR RBSGC MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-A, MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-Ais Plaintiff and STEVEN GLAE WALDEN A/K/A STEVEN G. WALDEN A/K/A STEVEN C. WALDEN; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEVEN GLAE WALDEN; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER , AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEF; WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 1 day of December, 2011, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions at 9:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 29 AND 30, BLOCK 717, CAPE CORAL UNIT 21, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 149 TO 173, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
