NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed November 1, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2008-ca-056252 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders of Popular ABS, Inc. Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-4, Plaintiff and Ismeldo Fernandez are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES, December 1, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT(S) 9, BLOCK 8, UNIT 2, SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE(S) 13 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
