NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed October 31, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2008-ca-022629 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York as Trustee for the Certificateholders CWALT, Inc. Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2004-27CB, Plaintiff and Ramon Otero are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES, December 1, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 27, UNIT 7, LEIGH ACRES, SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 254, PAGE 34, AND PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 40, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
