NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, pursuant to Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m., on the 1 day of December, 2011, that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
That certain condominium parcel composed of Apartment #104 and an undivided 1/10th share in those common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with an subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of KINGSDOWN CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in O.R. Book 1717, Pages 1657 through 1698, inclusive, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
