NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment filed October 28, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-054848, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-FF14 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, 2006-FF14 is Plaintiff, and GINGER R. GUSTASON; PHIL GUSTASON; MORTGAGE ELECTRONICS REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR HOME LOAN SERVICES, INC.; ISLAND PARK WOODLANDS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; Unknown tenant #1; unknown tenant #2; all other unknown parties claiming interests by, through, under, And against a named defendant(S) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether SAME unknown parties may claim an iNTerest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants, are Defendants.
