CHIN; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; THREE OAKS I MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE ISLANDS AT THREE OAKS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A JOANNE MILLER; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 2 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
