NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 2 day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-057059, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and MIGUEL ANJEL RODRIGUEZ A/K/A MIGUAL A. RODRIGUEZ A/K/A MIGUEL RODRIGUEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MIGUEL ANGEL RODRIGUEZ A/K/A MIGUEL A. RODRIGUEZ A/K/A MIGUEL RODRIGUEZ; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 2 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 13 AND 14, BLOCK 244, UNIT 19, SAN CARLOS PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 371, PAGE 473, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
