NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date filed the 3 day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-021107, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2007-OPT1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OPT1 is the Plaintiff and DARLENE M. MAZZULLO, PATRICK J. MAZZULLO, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LEON BENZRIHEM, JANE DOE, JOHN DOE and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DARLENE M MAZZULLO IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 5 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 122, OF SANIBEL BAYOUS, PHASE I, AN UNRECORDED SUBDIVISION IN SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 46 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, AS SHOWN ON MAP RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 884, PAGES 781 AND 782, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
