Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed by the Court on February 8, 2011 in Case No.: 07-CA-010431 in the Circuit Court of for the Twentieth Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which Susan K. Denison n/k/a Susan K. Ramsey and Alex W. Ramsey, Riverwind Cove Homeowners Association, Inc., John Doe and Jane Doe are defendants, on December 5, 2011, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in at the Clerk's website for on-line auctions www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. the following described real property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 64, RIVERWIND COVE, PHASE II, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 56, Page 95 through 97, inclusive, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
