NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on June 25, 2010 in Civil Case No.: 36-2009-CA-063992, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE STRUCTURED ASSET INVESTMENT LOAN TRUST, 2006-4 is the Plaintiff, and, GREGORY GOUSBY; MISTY GOUSBY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 5 day of December, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com , the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 105, LEHIGH ACRES UNIT 12, SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE(S) 95, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
