and commonly known as: 1620 Cortez Avenue, Lehigh Acres, Florida 33936, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031(10), Florida Statutes on December 5 2011, at 9:00 A.M.
any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
