ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-7 the Plaintiff, and THOMAS DAVIES, et al, are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in Lee Florida, described as:
LOT 6, BLOCK 41, UNIT 4, SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 77 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM. on the 5 day of December, 2011. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
