NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed November 4, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-052201 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE INC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC, is Plaintiff, and TODD J. VITONE, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 5th day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in the recorded Lis Pendens filed in the instnat matter, to wit:
Lot 16, Block E, McGregor Gardens Subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 112 and 113, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
