NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 30th day of June, 2011, in Civil Action No. 09-CA-067923 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which Citibank, N.A., As Trustee for the Certificateholders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II, Inc., Bear Stearns ALT-A Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-6, is the Plaintiff and Amy a. Dupree and Jeffrey Dupree are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 5 day of December, 2011, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Lot 80, SHERWOOD AT THE CROSSROADS, a subdivision according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 80, Page 4, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
