NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed November 3, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 36-2010-CA-051340 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS, OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2007-2, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2, is the Plaintiff and THEODORE A. MONDZELEWSKI JR; LINDA PYLE A/K/A LINDA MONDELEWSKI; MASTIQUE I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; MASTIQUE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 5 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 301, MASTIQUE I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4525, PAGES 368 THROUGH 445, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
