NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed November 3, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 36-2009-CA-060795 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FORMERLY KNOWN AS WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA, is the Plaintiff and MYRIAM TOBAR; HERMAN PARDO; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NA, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, A FEDERAL ASSOCIATION; G.B.S.
