NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed November 4, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 36-2009-CA-070151 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE CSMC MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and FRANK A. KRAWCZYK; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; POINTE ESTERO CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 5 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 1604A, POINTE ESTERO CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1775, PAGES 4765 THROUGH 4850, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED AND RESTATED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1854, PAGE 395, AS AMENDED AND RESTATED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4590, PAGE 211, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO.
