NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed November 4, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-051904 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A., Plaintiff and Juan C. Tuya a/k/a Juan Tuya and Martina M. Tuya a/k/a Martina Tuya, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES December 5, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 29, UNIT 8, SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF, ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, AS RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 254, PAGE 80, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
