NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 3 day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-052261, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-5 is the Plaintiff and MAGALY VARGAS; CASA DEL SOL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MAGALY VARGAS; and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MAGALY VARGAS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 5 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 201, BUILDING A, CASA DEL SOL CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4285, PAGE 3739, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
