NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a an order to reschedule a foreclosure sale filed November 1, 2011, and entered in 36-2009-CA-059332 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida , wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL D. SCHANKMAN, DANA LYNN SCHANKMAN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S); GREENWOOD CONDO 4; M & I BANK; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for via online at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. on December 1, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT NUMBER 7 OF BUILDING NUMBER 4 OF GREENWOOD CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 777, PAGE 127, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
