NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 25, 2011, entered in the above-styled action, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on December 1, 2011, the following real property:
Lot 13, Block 1, Bickley's Lakewood Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 47, Page 52, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
