NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13th day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 52-2008-CA-016361, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and CHARLES E. BALLEIN A/K/A CHARLES BALLEIN, GARRY THOMAS COLEMAN A/K/A GARRY T. COLEMAN A/K/A GARRY COLEMAN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR VILLAGE FINANCIAL SERVICES, LLC.; WALKER-WHITNEY PLAZA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHARLES E. BALLEIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GARRY THOMAS COLEMAN A/K/A GARRY T. COLEMAN A/K/A GARRY COLEMAN; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 28th day of November, 2011, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Condominium Parcel; Unit No. 805, of Walker-Whitney Plaza, a Condominium, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 150, Page 64, et seq., as amended by Condominium Plat Book 151, Page 53, et. seq., and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 15069, Page 341, et seq., as amended by First Amendment to Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 15891, Page 1663, et seq. and Second Amendment to Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 15981, Page 2139, et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
