and commonly known as: 3114 57TH AVENUE N, SAINT PETERSBURG, FL 33714; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on December 2, 2011 at 10:00 a.m..
