NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 27, 2011, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-000468, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P.,is Plaintiff and ANDREA R. LEVINE a/k/a ANDREA LEVINE; _____ LEVINE, unknown spouse of ANDREA R.LEVINE a/k/a ANDREA LEVINE, if married; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., acting solely as nominee for COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FSB; HOMESIDE LENDING, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 12 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 70, LESS THE WESTERLY 10 FEET THEREOF, TOGETHER WITH THE WESTERLY 19 FEET OF LOT 69, OF GREENBRIAR UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGE 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
