NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 12th day of January, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Pinellas County, Florida:
Unit 102E, SEMINOLE COUNTRY GREEN CONDOMINIUM PHASE 1. a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4848, Page 1456 and any amendments thereto and Condominium Plat Book 34, Pages 13 through 18, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
