Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this action, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the property situated in Pinellas County will be sold to the highest and best bidder via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com 10:00 A.M. on December 2, 2011, further described as follows:
Unit No. 10, EAST LAKE WOODLANDS CONDOMINIUM UNIT SIX, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 5163, Page 413, et. seq. and as it may be amended of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
