NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated November 1, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 08011338CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 6th day of December, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. at website: https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 10-101 OF INVERNESS CONDOMINIUM V, PHASE IV, A CONDOMINIUM TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5897, PAGE 2013, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 82, PAGES 32 THROUGH 36, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
