NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 25, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-C0-005505-42, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GRAND CYPRESS ON LAKE TARPON HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and RONALD L. PEARSON and GENEAN PEARSON are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on December 2, 2011, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 44, of Grand Cypress on Lake Tarpon, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 130, Page 68, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
