Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated October 25, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 10-008430-CO-41, in the COUNTY COURT in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYSIDE KEY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and FERNANDO O'CONNOR, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
Lot 1, Block 27, COUNTRYSIDE KEY, UNIT ONE, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 98, Pages 57 through 59 inclusive, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Also known as 234 Countryside Key Boulevard, Oldsmar, FL 34677.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 16th day of December, 2011. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
