NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 26th, 2011, and entered in Case No. 52-2008-CA-013494, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and DANIEL SLEDD A/K/A DANIEL P. SLEDD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANIEL SLEDD A/K/A DANIEL P. SLEDD, IF ANY; ; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 12th day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK “E”, ARCADIA ANNEX, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
