NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 18th, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-9553 CI 11, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and THOMAS ST GELAIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS ST. GELAIS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BAY POINT PLAZA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 2nd day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 32, BUILDING D OF BAY POINT PLAZA APARTMENTS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O. R. BOOK 3153, PAGE 534, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 56, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
