NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 18, 2011 and entered in Case No. 09-022810-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSMPS MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-RP2 is the Plaintiff and MARCO ZARATE; YANETH MENDEZ; RUMANA ZARATE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; STATE OF FLORIDA - DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on December 2, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
