MONTEMAYOR JR. LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT DATED NOVEMBER 13, 2007; ROMEO MONTEMAYOR, JR. AS TRUSTEE OF THE ROMEO A. MONTEMAYOR, JR. LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT DATED NOVEMBER 13, 2007; ROMEO MONTEMAYOR, JR. A/K/A ROMEO ARTURO MONTEMAYOR; THE UNKNOWN TRUSTEES OF THE THE ROMEO A. MONTEMAYOR, JR. LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT DATED NOVEMBER 13, 2007; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE THE ROMEO A. MONTEMAYOR, JR. LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT DATED NOVEMBER 13, 2007; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; ROMERO MONTEMAYOR, III, AS BENEFICIARY OF THE ROMEO A. MONTEMAYOR JR. LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT DATED NOVEMBER 13, 2007; RITA A. KINNEY-MONTEMAYOR; ISPC; TENANT #1 N/K/A ROMEO MONTEMAYOR III are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on November 28, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
