CITY OF OLDSMAR, FLORIDA Request for Proposal RFP 2012-01 Development Partner for Hayes Park Cottages
The City of Oldsmar, Florida, a political sub-division of the State of Florida, is soliciting proposals from qualified private development partners to engage in this development initiative. The public/private partnership will join the City's design team to complete the construction of the project. The City intends to select one firm to provide the services.

A “Request for Proposal” package can be obtained from: Planning & Redevelopment Department, City Hall, 100 State Street West, Oldsmar, Florida 34677-3655, telephone (813) 749-1122. The entire “Request for Proposal” will be published on the City of Oldsmar website (www.MyOldsmar.com) on Monday, November 14, 2011. The proposal shall be submitted to City of Oldsmar, to the attention of the Administrative Services Department, at City Hall, 100 State Street West, Oldsmar, Florida 34677-3655 no later than 11:00 a.m., local time, Thursday, December 15, 2011.

The City of Oldsmar reserves the right to waive informalities in any proposal and to accept or reject any and all proposals in whole or in part without cause and to accept the proposal that in the judgment of the City Manager and/or City Council will be in the best interest of the City of Oldsmar.
