NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure Including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs dated November 1, 2011, entered in Case No. 09010306CI 13 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and Gregory Banlowe, et. al., are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, 10:00 A.M., on December 16, 2011, the following described property, as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 21-2105, ITOPIA PRIVATE RESIDENCES CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14086, AT PAGE 400, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
