NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Amended Final Judgments of Foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action on October 19, 2011, I will sell the properties situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 15, Oak View Manor, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 65, Pages 77 and 78, in Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Lot 14, Oak View Manor, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 65, Pages 77 and 78, in Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, on December 16, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. online at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
