Craig Carrico, Linda Carrico, Brandy Carrico, and Robert Shores,
Defendants.
NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 29, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-15498-CI-13 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as Indenture Trustee for the registered Noteholders of Renaissance Home Equity Loan Trust 2007-2., is Plaintiff and Craig Carrico, Linda Carrico, Brandy Carrico, and Robert Shores, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 6th day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 17 less the North 30 feet thereof and the North 50 feet of Lot 8, Block 2, Luanne Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 71 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Street Address: 5944 8th Street South, Saint Petersburg, FL
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff' mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
