The nature of this action includes a suit to interplead the deposit that is being held in Plaintiff's escrow account regarding the Residential Sale and Purchase Contract entered into between the Defendants regarding the property located at
7715 Amherst Street, Tampa, FL.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Plaintiff's attorney, Stacy Strohauer Son, Esquire, Strohauer, Mannion & Son, P.A., whose address is 1150 Cleveland Street, Suite 300, Clearwater, FL 33755, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice and file the original with the Pinellas County Clerk of Court, at 315 Court Street, Clearwater, FL 33756, before service on Plaintiff or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint for Interpleader.
