NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 21st, 2011, and entered in Case No. 52-2008-CA-019666 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wachovia Mortgage, Fsb. F.k.a. World Savings Bank, is the Plaintiff and Kenneth A. Hook, Sonja Hook, Palma Del Mar Condominium Association No. 2, of St. Petersburg, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 16th day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO. 210, BUILDING C, OF PALMA DEL MAR II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 106 THROUGH 121 INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4982, PAGE 1468, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO
