BOOK 6000, AT PAGE 1082 ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH THE UNDIVIDED PERCENTAGE OWNERSHIP OF COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., on December 6, 2011. The sale shall be conducted online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
