NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 18, 2011, and entered in Case No. 522010CA006285XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-OPT3, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT3 is Plaintiff and DAVID W. DUBE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID W. DUBE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY AS TO UNIT 1; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY AS TO UNIT 2; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY AS TO UNIT 3; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY AS TO UNIT 4; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 2nd day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 65, OLD KENTUCKY SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 48 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
